OK, I was able to install and upgrade WordPress with almost no problems. I have been working on getting to know WordPress over the past several days. I like the way that it is really easy to add content to my blog. Including HTML if I am so inclined.

I have been working on installing serveral plugins and themes. Most of which installed without an issue. However, the WPG2 plugin is proving to be most difficult. I have not been able to get a page that will display my Galler2 images up. As I was having such problems I decided to try FAlbum. FAlbum installed fine and was able to display my albums on Flickr however, I had some trouble figuring out how the get the links to the images correct. After several hours of looking at code I finaly found a setting in the FAlbum configuration that was causing my problem. The default location of the album.php file is wrong. Also, the file name its self is wrong. It was listed as
/wp-content/plugins/FAlbum/falbum-wp.php.
What it should have been was
/wp-content/plugins/FAlbum/wp/album.php. Once that was changed it has worked wonderfully.

I have a few other things on the site I have been working on but they are still works in progress. As I complete them I will let you know what I like and don’t like about them

Till then….
